Showcase Background Information

"Gee, I didn't know you guys had THAT coin!"

You're probably not surprised that we do get that comment pretty often, especially since there are 1,000 or so coins and sets on the site at any given time. So we decided to do something about it, with the idea that we could help collectors, especially those new to the site, find great coins and sets to add to their collections. The result of all of this is the "Euro Collections Online Showcase", a new feature on the Home Page, and it's pretty neat.

Each time you load the home page, a total of 60 different ECI products will be loaded and displayed in one of the four different windows.

It takes about 8 minutes or so if you want to see all of the images making up one complete show. Once the last image has been shown, it will recycle using the same images. To see a different selection of 60 images, refresh the home page or quit the browser and then go back to our home page. Whenever you see an item that you're interested in you can simply click on the slide and it will take you there. The slide show has some other great control features explained in "User Tips" here:

• Play / Pause - This button will allow you to stop the show. Pressing it again will restart the show.
• Next Product (+) - This button will advance the show to the next product. Playback will be stopped when this button is pressed.
• Select Product - These numbers will allow you to select an individual product. Playback will be stopped when this button is pressed.
• Previous Product (-) - This button will reverse the show to the previous product. Playback will be stopped when this button is pressed.
