Euro Collections International Bonus Points Program
The ECI Bonus Points Program has one aim - to reward our clients for their loyalty. Downies Ltd first introduced Bonus Points as an opportunity to offer a valuable "thank you" to all of our regular clients. Now that Euro Collections International has become a division of Downies Ltd we are able to offer this rewards program to you, where the more you buy, the bigger your reward!
The program is styled along the lines of the frequent flyer programs of the airlines. Clients are awarded points, in the ratio of ten points to each dollar spent, on most of the products appearing on the ECI website and in our upcoming periodic ECI Money magazines, along with other special offers. Just look for the bonus points logo! There are a few exceptions which will always be clearly indicated.
Bonus Points are automatically accumulated against your purchases and stored on your account record. And it doesn't matter how you order through ECI - be it by phone, mail or through our online ordering system, once we have your order the points will be added automatically.
To find out how many points you have earned, just look on the front of your ECI Money catalogue order form or call our Client Service staff. Towards the end of each year customers that have accumulated 2,000 or more points will receive a Bonus Points Catalog detailing the available rewards and their designated bonus points level. You may choose to claim a reward from the catalog by redeeming some of your points. There may also be additional opportunities to redeem points throughout the year.
If you don't wish to use your points, they will not be cancelled immediately, they can be carried forward to the next year to reap even higher rewards. However, the points you accrue do have a 'use by date'. You have three years from the end of the year in which your points were accrued to redeem them. For example, points earned during 2008 will have to be redeemed by the end of 2011.
